Each of us has a unique design by God to do certain things. What God made you to BE determines what He intends for you to DO. God is consistent in his plan for our lives. He would not give each of us inborn abilities, temperaments, talents, passions, spiritual gifts and life experiences and not use them.
When it comes to ministry, your function flows out of the way God formed you. Our desire is to help you discover rewarding and fulfilling opportunities to grow spiritually, to serve the Lord, and to help others according to your unique abilities: Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Passion, and Experiences.
At The Gathering we understand that every member is a minister. The responsibility of serving does not land solely with the pastor, staff, or elders. Every Christian has been empowered by God and gifted by God to be a minister for God.
